(GENERAL)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE I, TABLE 3-F OF THE SPRINGFIELD BUILDING
SAFETY CODE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE OF THE SPRINGFIELD DEPARTMENT OF
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, COMMUNITY SERVICES DIVISION AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section I:
"Article I, Table 3-F (g), Other Inspections And Fees.

Section 2: It is hereby found and determined that matters pertaining to building permits are matters affecting
the public health, safety and welfare and that an emergency therefore exists, and this Ordinance shall
therefore take effect immediately upon its passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor.
ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Springfield this 19 th day of
January , 1999, by a vote of" 4 for and 0 against.
