THOSE MONUMENTS THAT WERE FOUND RT WELL WITH EACH OTHER FOR 714E MOST PART , RECORD MEASLIREmEN7S WERE CALCULATED BY RECREA77NO CSF 33127, JOHN TRAVESS SUBDIVISION, FOURTH ADDITION TO .E E` ESTATES AND 714URS1N PARK FIFTH ADDITION IN AU7O= THEN MERONG THEM BY HOLDING COMMON POINTS AND THE CENIERLINE 6EARING Of' W STREET. THE NORTH MARGIN OF X' STREET WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING THE 9')RON ROD FOUND AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 22, BLOCK 5 THURSTON PARK FIF7H ADDITION (RON A) AS A POINT ON THE ROff-OF-WAY AND THE PK NAIL Wffn WASHER STAMPED 15 2609' FOUND AT THE CENTERUNE-CENIERLINE INTERSEC77ON OF 'A' STREET AND 64TH PLACE (MON B) AS A POINT ON THE CENTERUNE. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT CSF 33127 FOUND THE TOTAL RIGHT-OF-WAY WDT14 TO BE 60 17 FEET RATHER THAN 7HE 6000 FEET IMPLIED BY THE OTHER RETEROCES. IN ESTABLISHING 7HE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY 94RGIN, A DISTANCE OF 30.17 FEET WAS USED FROM MONUMENT 8. THE H -IRON ROD FOUND AT THE SWHEAST CORNER OF LOT 22, BLOCK 5 THURSTON PARK FIFTH ADD=N (MON C) CONCURRED WIN THIS METHOD OF RIGHT-OF-WAY ESTABLISHMENT. RE SOUrHEAST AND SOUTHWEST CORNERS OF THE OWNERSHIP BOUNDARY WERE ESTABLISHED BY EXTENDING THE NORTHERN RIGHT-OF-WAY MARGIN THE RECORD DISTANCES. THE EAST AND WEST LINES OF T14E ONWERSHIP BOUNDARY WERE ESTABLISHED BY 7URNING TRE RECORD ANGLE FROM THE NORTH MARGIN OF 'A' STREET AND OMDING THE RECORD DISTANCE. THE NORTH LINE OF 7HE OWNERSHIP BOUNa4RY WAS ESTABLISHED BY CONNEC17NG THE EAST AND WEST LINES.
