SITE PLAN NOTES Site is Lot #4, Golden Eagle Subdivision, Springfield. Address is 1131 S 4& Avenue. No work in ROW. No increase in impervious surfaces. Roof drainage runs to existing drywell. All utilities are underground. ENERGY CODE COMPLIANCE Complies with ORSC Energy Conservation requirements; standard base R values. Area of addition is less than 200sf (152 sq ft), thus no extra measures are required. Existing 90% AFUE gas furnace remains. New duct insulated to R-8. Thermal insulation at heated area envelope is as follows: Floor: R-30 high density batt. Exterior walls: R-21 batt. Flat ceiling: R-38 blown.
