Subject: Temporary Mobile Home Renewal
Dear Ms. Davis:
This letter is in response to your telephone call last week regarding the
renewal of a temporary mobile home permit for a medical hardship.

Development Office of the City of Springfield on a yearly basis, providing
evidence of the ongoing medical hardship.. Should the medical hardship cease
for any reason, the mobile home will need to be removed within 30 days. This
is a similar policy to the one implemented by Lane County. There will be no
monetary charge for this service.
1 have enclosed the form necessary for your renewal of the temporary mobile
home permit. Please fill it out and return it (1 have enclosed an envelope for
your convenience).

TEMPORARY MOBILE HOME RENEWAL
FOR PROPERTIES INSIDE THE URBAN GROWTH BOUNDARY
OF THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD

consideration of issuance of renewal of a Temporary MOb; Ie Home Kenewal Permit
previously approved by Lane County Department of Public Works Land Management
Division acknowledge that the use of this mobile home is Temporary. The
trailer was approved as a hardship/medical temporary mobile home and remains a
non-conforming temporary mobile home through this process.
Use of this mobile home shall remain valid until
unless:

a. Ownership of the lot or mobile home is changed;
b. Occupancy of the mobile home is changed;
c. the hardship ceases;
d. A renewal is not requested/approved for the following year;
e. the mobile home is unoccupied for 90 days or longer.
