Should the medical hardship cease for any reason, the mobile home will need to be removed within 30 days. This is a similar policy to the one implemented by Lane County. There will be no monetary charge for this service. 1 have enclosed the form necessary for your renewal of the temporary mobile home permit. The trailer was approved as a hardship/medical temporary mobile home and remains a non-conforming temporary mobile home through this process. Use of this mobile home shall remain valid until unless: -' a. Ownership of the lot or mobile home is changed; b. Occupancy of the mobile home is changed; c. the hardship ceases; d. A renewal is not requested/approved for the following year; e. the mobile home is unoccupied for 90 days or longer. at which time the mobile home shall be removed from the property.
