Evanson entered into permit the use of a trailer or mobile home at Oregon. The Trailer Compliance Agreement vas recorded vith Lane County Deeds and Records on November 15, 1974, Recording Number 7448905. The Trailer Compliance Agreement lists the folloving situations vhich would invalidate the use of the trailer or mobile home: 1. Ovnership of the lot or trailer or mobile home is changed. 2. Occupancy of the trailer or mobile home is changed after September 1, 1970. 3. If the occupancy of the trailer of mobile home is discontinued for more than six months. In revieving these Agreements our records indicate that you are the ovner of the property and that Doric Hollis is the occupant of the trailer or mobile home (See #1 and 2 above). The Trailer Compliance Agreement is nov void and the trailer or mobile home must be removed from the property. In order to accommodate both owner and tenant the City vill grant 90 days from the date of this letter (August 4, 1989) for the removal of the trailer or mobile home.
