TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Property located at 1565 South' A" Street in Springfield, also described on Tax Assessor Map
17-03-36-3-2, Tax Lot 7001 (map dated 5/3/91). is zoned Community Commercial. The
property is outside the Downtown Exception Area. The sale of used cars is permitted on the
lot where the following special conditions are met:
1 . A sales office of 1 ,000 square feet or greater is located on the site
2. The property is fenced and vehicles are prohibited from encroaching on the sidewalk
If street trees, sidewalks, a five foot landscape area along the property frontage, a paved
parking area and trash screening are not already installed, then a minimum development
standards application must be submitted and such improvements made within the prescribed
time.
