The inspection revealed items which do not meet the minimum City Housing Code requirements and must be corrected. They consist of the following: Structural 1. Dryrot is evident requiring repair or replacement in the rear wall and floor area. Electrical 2. Inoperable wall heaters shall be properly repaired or replaced. ~. Please also note that the above items which effect the health and safety of the occupants must be corrected and verified by the appropriate City inspectors prior to occupying the building.
