Subject: Courtesy Inspection at 195/ S. A Street ~3 Springfield, Oregon.
Dear Nr. Keys:
At the request of your tenant, the Springfield Building Safety Division
conducted an inspection of the property located at the above address. The
inspection revealed items which do not meet the minimum City Housing Code
requirements and must be corrected. They consist of the following:
Structural
1. Dryrot is evident requiring repair or replacement in the rear wall and
floor area.
Electrical
2. Inoperable wall heaters shall be properly repaired or replaced.
~. Exposed electrical wiring at the service panel is subject to physical
damage and shall be protected.
~. The protective metal cover for the service panel is ~issing. exposing live
electrical components to accidental contact, and must be replaced.
Plumbing

8. Plumbing fixtures were observed to have inadequate drainage due to the
blockage of the building drain.
Please also note that the above items which effect the health and safety
of the occupants must be corrected and verified by the appropriate City
inspectors prior to occupying the building.
If you need any further information or have any questions regarding the
above requirements, please contact the appropriate inspector noted below
between the hours of 8:00-9:00 a.m., 1:00-2:00 p.m" or 4:00-4:30 p.m. at
726-3759.
