Subject: . Temporary Certificate of Occupancy
Dear Mr. Thayer:
Items #4, 5.& 6 of the conditions of occupancy listed in the letter from the
City Building Safety Division ,dated April.I9, 1985, shall be complied with.
Items'#I, 2 & 3, as listed below, shall be completed by July 1, 1985 or this
temporary certificate of occupancy shall be revoked.
1. The driveway area between the edge of the concrete approach apron
and the edge of the asphalt parking lot shall also be paved with
,,', either aspha lt or concrete so di rt and gravel will not be tracked onto
the street.
2. The perimeter of the paved parking area shall be provided with a mlnlmum
6" high wheel stop placed 2'9" back from the fence on the south side,
and from the property line on .the other sides where no fence exists. This
is required to prevent the possibility'of vehicle overhang from encroaching
into abutting street right-of-way or private property.
3. The South 'A' Street frontage shall be.landscaped in compliance with
guidelines explained in the handout supplied by the City. Coordinate
specific requirements addressed in the landscaping policy papers with
Bruce Newhouse of the City Planning Department.
This certificate shall be posted in a visible place within the office until replaced
by a Certificate of Occupancy when the above listed items are completed.
