Based on the Agency files, IT IS FOUND THAT,

in the business of making plumbing installations.

On or about the same period of time, Respondent advertised to
engage in the business of making plumbing installations
without first obtaining a valid Oregon Plumbing Certificate of
Registration. .
OPINION AND DISCUSSION
The violations charged are:
ORS 447.040 which provides that "no person shall engage in or
follow the business or occupation of, or advertise or purport
to be or act...as registered to conduct a plumbing business...
without having secured the certificate of registration..."

The evidence in the file supporting the findings in this order are:
Letter to Brad Morris from Lisa Hopper, dated August 27, 1992
Plumbing Board statement from Annette Loos.
No hearing is necessary because Respondent did not apply for a
hearing and is in default.
CONCLUSIONS
Respondent violated: ORS 447.040 and can be assessed $500.
ORDER
Respondent is assessed civil penalties of:
