Status of Building Permit for Remodel of Restaurant at 207 S. "A"
Street, Great Oregon Burger
Dear Mr. Hamilton:
SUBJECT:
Pursuant to your recent telephone request, I have enclosed a copy of
our record of activity to date on the subject permit.
Please note that Temporary Occupancy was granted on June 26, 1985. At
that time, all aspects of the improvements were approved,except the overflow
roof drains. Section 3207 (e) of the City Building Safety Code prohibits
building roof drainage water from flowing over public property.
A final Certificate of Occupancy will be issued at the building address
as soon as the one remaining item is corrected and approved by this office.
