RE: Completion and final approval of outstanding permits at
properties located at 5660 Daisy Street, Springfield, OR.
Gentlemen:
Our records indicate that building permits have expired on several
properties at the subject subdivision for which final building
approval has not been obtained. Recent inspections have revealed
deficiencies which. must be corrected before final approval to
occupy the properties will be granted. We would appreciate your
attention to the final details necessary in order for final
approval to be issued. The following is a list of requirements
for each property which must be completed immediately or new
permits will be required to complete the projects.
