Dear Mr. Maris:
In lieu of one hour fire resistive construction in the exit corridor of
the proposed new office building, the following conditions will provide
equivalent protection:
1) Installation of an approved automatic fire extinguishing system
throughout the building.
2) Installation of an approved supervised fire detection and alarm
system per NFPA 72A and 72E. .
