NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEr: THAT THE SPRIilGFIELD PLANiWIG COHMISSION WILL HOI1D A PUBLIC
HEARING ON WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 3. 1980 AT 7:30 P.M. IN THE MUNICIPAL MEETING ROOM OF
THE SPRINGFIELD UTILITY BOARD BUILDING AT 250 NORTH "A" STREET ON THE FOLLOWING
REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT:

Assessor's Map 17-03-36-42,Tax lot 5200
Located at 1940 S. 'A' St. between 19th and 20th Streets.
Applicant requests a Conditional Use Permit in the ~1-2 Light Industrial District for~the
purpose of locating a security residence on the property.
In the event of approval by the Planning Commission, or appeal by the applicant or
interested parties, the Springfield City Council ~1i1l conduct a public hearing on
Monday, September15, 1980 at the aforementioned location for the purpose of hearing
views for and against the above request.
