Special Inspection of_72cof Sheathing & Nailing
On Tuesday afternoon (9/16/14) I did a Site Visit to
2415 Corral Drive to inspect roof sheathing and roof sheathing
nailing (as owner wanted to cover roof [with Roofing Felt]
because of lain forecast).
All sheathing was nailed with 8d nails at 6e1 O.C. along
trusses - and, at 4" O.C. around perimeter of the roof as
specified in Roof Construction Note 16.
