RE: Additional Street Address Assignment
Dear Mr. Ralcliff:
I am wriling in response to your request that additional addresses be assigned to your structure currently
known as 655 A Street, Springfield, Oregon. The property currently has ane structure with multiple
businesses with both their own exteriar entrance and others using ane foyer entrance identified with suite
numbers. The businesses that currently take access fram the foyer will keep the main address of the
structure af 655 A Street with the suite numbers thai yau have assigned previously. The businesses that
have their own exterior entrances aff A Street will naw have their own street address. Those addresses are
assigned as follows:
The mosl westerly tenant, currently All State Insurance, will be cammonly knawn as 651 A Street. The
second business in from the west with its awn exteriar entrance will be knawn as 653 A Street. The mast
easterly business, currently Ads for Free, will be knawn as 659 A Street. Again, the main address af your
building will remain 655 A Street. I am enclosing a copy of the map with the addresses indicated on it for
your reference. This parcel is also known as parcel known as Lane Caunty Reference Number 17033531
Tax Lot Number 04300.
I will notify the following companies and/ar agencies of this new address assignment by sending them a
copy of this letter:
