As we have discussed, it is lhe City's policy to change an address when a dwelling has been demolished or
removed from a parceL Your previous address of933 A Street was changed to 931 A Street when you
applied for permits to install a manufactured home on your lot.
At your request, we have met wilh Emergency Services and determined lhat your property commonly and
currently known as 931 A Street, Springfield, Oregon, also known as Lane County Reference Number .
17033542, Tax Lot 03900 will be changed. Your new address is 933 A Street, Springfield, Oregon. This
change is effective immediately.
We will notify lhe following agencies of this change by mailing lhem a copy oflhis letter:
