Dear Mr. O'Brien:
Terracon Consultants, Inc. (Terracon) respectfully submits this letter to acknowledge that the requested
special inspection and testing services have been completed for the above -referenced project. Terracon
performed inspections and testing for this project for the items listed below. Copies of reports were
previously submitted to the entire project team and form the basis for this final summary of our inspections.
1. Soils Special Inspections for Foundation Preparation and Fill Placement and Compaction
2. Reinforced Concrete
3. Structural Steel — Fabrication Shop Welding, Field Welding & Bolting
4. Proprietary Anchors
To the best of our knowledge, based on our inspections and testing performed for this project, it is our
understanding that the work we observed as referenced in our field reports was completed in general
conformance with the project plans, specifications and approved change orders. Our inspection and testing
was performed in accordance with Chapter 17 of the Oregon Structural Specialty Code sections 1704 and
1705.
