This letter is in regards to the sewer pipe diameter in the slab of the basement of the home located at 6156 Graystone
Loop. It is the position of the builder(Catalyst Custom Homes) that the optional bathroom shall not be,considered and
will not be installed. .It is our intent to have that undeclared room to be a theater or possibly a fourth bedroom and
nothing more. I hope this will clear up any confusion created by the use of predesigned plan. .
