RESOLUTION NO. 01-39
A RESOLUTION ADJUSTING APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL FUND, SPECIAL REVENUE
FUND, SDC PROJECTS FUND, AND THE INSURANCE FUND; RECOGNIZING AND APPROPRIATING
REVENUE IN THE GENERAL FUND, SPECIAL REVENUE FUND, SDC PROJECTS FUND, AND THE
INSURANCE FUND.
WHEREAS, the 2000-01 fiscal year appropriations for the City of Springfield were made by Resolution
No. 00-36 dated June 19,2000; and
WHEREAS, the estimated expenditures contained in the supplemental budget for fiscal year 2000-01
result in an amount of estimated total expenditures by the City for the fiscal year that differ by more than 10
percent in the Special Revenue Fund; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing, including information regarding such revenues and expenditures,
was published in a newspaper of general circulation not less that 5 days prior to the public hearing, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Springfield as follows:
