RESOLUTION NO. 01-19
A RESOLUTION ADmSTING APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL FUND, REGIONAL
WASTEWATER FUND, REGIONAL WASTEWATER CAPITAL FUND, VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT
REPLACEMENT FUND, AND THE REGIONAL FIBER CONSORTIUM FUND; RECOGNIZING AND
APPROPRIATING REVENUE IN THE GENERAL FUND, REGIONAL WASTEWATER FUND, REGIONAL
WASTEWATER CAPITAL FUND, VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND, AND THE
REGIONAL FIBER CONSORTIUM FUND.
WHEREAS, the 2000-01 fiscal year appropriations for the City of Springfield were made by Resolution
No. 00-36 dated June 19,2000; and
WHEREAS, the estimated expenditures contained in the supplemental budget for fiscal year 2000-01
result in an amount of estimated total expenditures by the City for the fiscal year that differ. by more than 10
percent in the Regional Fiber Consortium Fund; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing, including information regarding such revenues and expenditures,
was published in a newspaper of general circulation not less that 5 days prior to the public hearing, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Springfield as
follows:
