An inspection of the sidewalk at

sidewalk.
Remove the 5' section of the sidewalk on the eastern most property line
and replace matching the grade at each end.
Chapter 2 of the Springfield City Code requires the abutting property owner to repair
and maintain the sidewalk (see attached copy). We urge you to complete this repair/
replacement not later than thirty (30) days from the date of this notice (September 19,
1982).
Sidewalk repair/replacement permits must be obtained at the Springfield Public Works
Department before work begins. Any additional information concerning this repair/re-
placement may be obtained at the Springfield Building Division, at 225 North 5th Street,
