Acceptance
WHEREAS, work on the improvement described below has been
completed by a private developer in the City of Springfield as
follows:
Sycan Commercial Park, lst Addition Public Improvements,
Project P30177
and,
WHEREAS, work on this improvement project has been fully
completed and inspected by the City Engineer of the City of
Springfield and found to be in conformance with the requirements Qf
the City of Springfield, and,
Adopted by the Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Springfield, Oregonj this 20th day of February , 200l.
