The Applicant proposes to subdivide the parcel into
32 single family lots far detached homes, utilizing the
LDR standards, setbacks, and height requiremen #s.
Tract A will function as open space for
stormwaterlwetland mitigation and to preserve a
portion of the trees on the site.
This project is within the LDR zone of the City of
Springfield, a low Density Single family Residential
zone.
Site Area - -5.36 acres (233,408 sq ft }.
Total Number of lots = 32
Minimum Lat Size = 4,6a3 sq ft
Maximum Lot Size = 8,749 sq ft
