structure without permission of the Building Safety Division.

E. Extend Aster Street r.i,ght-of-way and improvements across property,
36' paving width and 60' right-of-way.
F. Dedication of a 10' wide public utility and sidewalk easement
adjacent to Main Street.
G. Installation of a 7' sidewalk adjacent to Main Street.
H. Installation of street lights.
1. Storm water to be taken care of by extendi ng the 36" storm sewer
line across this property.
J. The applicant and developer are advised to contact SUB regarding
available water supply facilities, needed extension for providing
the property with water service, necessary land rights, applicable
charges and backflow prevention requirements.

Industrial District for the purpose of locating a security
re~idence o~. the property.
Ed Marshall, 1940 So. "A" Street, testified that his company leaves
. equipment on this property, often while they are out of town. This
security residence is to provide protection around the clock for their
equipment.
