The DRC Staff Review only. Staff has scheduled this
application for review on June 9. 1987. Within a few days of
the meeting you will receive a letter discussing the results
of the review.
Type II: Site Plan Review Meeting involving neighbors and applicants.
Type III: Planning Commission Public Hearing
Type IV: City Council Public Hearing or Action
Please be advised that although your application has been accepted as complete.
there are a number of items which you left off of your plan. In order for you
to complete the Site Plan Review process a Final Site Plan shall be prepared and
submitted to thi s offi ce. i ncorporat i ng all requi rements of staff. and a 11 items
not included on your plan. Until the Final Site Plan is received and a
Development Agreement is prepared and signed by yourself and the City. this
property cannot be used. Additionally. any building permits necessary cannot be
issued.
