EASEMENT AGREEMENT

PARTIES:
James Edwards and Patricia L. Edwards
("Grantors")
James Edwards and Patricia L. Edwards
("Grantees")
RECITALS:
A. Grantors are the owners of certain real property located in Lane County, Oregon,
and more particularly described on Exhibit" 1" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated
herein. (Parcell),
B. Grantees are the owners of certain real property located in Lane County, Oregon,
and more particularly described on Exhibit "2" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated
herein. (parcel 2).
C. Grantors and Grantees desire to establish an easement across Parcell for the
benefit of Parcel 2 as more particularly set forth hereafter.
AGREEMENT:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals and the agreements of the
parties contained herein, IT IS AGREED:
I. Grant of Easement. Grantors do hereby grant and convey to Grantees, and their heirs,
successors and assigns a perpetual nonexclusive easement over and across a strip of land 10 feet
in width the centerline of which shall be the center of the sewer line located on Parcell.
2. Purposes of Easement. Grantees and their agents and independent contractors may use
the easement to inspect, maintain, repair and reconstruct the sewer line located on Parcel I.
3, Binding Effect. This Easement A5.~~went and the covenants herein shall be binding
upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, as well as their respective personal
representatives, heirs and assigns.
4. Burdened Property. Parcell described on Exhibit 1 is the property to burdened by
this easement.
