ACTION REQUESTED: Endorsement of OLCC Liquor License Application for Mezza Luna Pizzeria, a family style location, located at 115 Fifth Street, Springfield, Oregon 97477.
ISSUE STATEMENT: The owner of Mezza Luna C.V. Inc has requested the City Council to endorse its OLCC Liquor License Application.

IMPACT:
The license endorsement for Mezza Luna C.V. Inc, DBA: Mezza Luna Pizzeria is for a New Outlet with Limited On-Premises Sales and applying as a Corporation.
The new license application has been reviewed and approved by the appropriate City Departments.
