ITEM TITLE: CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION FOR BIG SKY
HOSPITALITY INC, DBA: EIRINN’S BISTRO
ACTION REQUESTED: Endorsement of OLCC Liquor License Application for Eirinn’s Bistro a family style restaurant, located at 639 West Centennial Blvd, Springfield, OR 97477.
ISSUE STATEMENT: The owners of Big Sky Hospitality Inc, DBA: Eirinn’s Bistro has requested the City Council to endorse its OLCC Liquor License Application.

DISCUSSION/ FINANCIAL
IMPACT:
The license endorsement for Eirinn’s Bistro is for a change of ownership with Full On-Premises Sales Commercial Establishment and applying as a Corporation. The
new license application has been reviewed and approved by the appropriate City Departments.
