To whom it may concern,
The above referenced property (Master Bedroom) has been inspected by Revolution
Electric, Inc. Revolution Electric, Inc inspected the work that was accessible and
visible. Revolution Electric, Inc made necessary repairs. The wiring within the walls
was not inspected. It is our opinion that the installation is now code compliant & safe
but we do not take any responsibility for the installation as a complete system.

The above referenced property has been inspected by Kaminski Construction LLC. Kaminski Construction inspected the
master bedroom/bathroom addition that was accessible and visible. Pioneer Engineering made recommendations and
Kaminski Construction addressed all recommendations. It is Kaminski Constructions opinion that this addition now meets
code requirements.

To whom it may concern,
The bathroom addition, at the address described above, has been inspected and
in our opinion is up to the Oregon State Plumbing Code. We.were able to verify
the proper venting. The waste and waters where visible are the proper size and
graded properly. The shower is properly trapped and all supply lines,and tubular
traps were water tight.
