ATTENTION: Mr. Stanley E. Petrasek
This letter is in reference to our telephone discussion about the
residence located at 260 South 51st Street, Springfield, Oregon.
The City of Springfield will alLow Temporary Occupancy of the
residence until repairs can be completed to the existing drain
field, provided the septic system will not pose a potential
health hazard to the occupants of the structure or the adjacent
residents. It is our understanding that because of the extremly
high water table in this area the required repairs can not be
accomplished at this time.
All necessary permits must be obtained from Lane County Planning
and Community Development before a Temporary Occupancy
Certificate will be issued. Repairs shall be started by June 1,
1984 and all work completed and inspected before July 1, 1984.
The Temporary Certificate of Occupancy will expire pn July 1,
1984. Unless the repairs as stated above are completed at this
time the occupancy of the residence will be considered illegal
and notice to vacate will be issued.
Please direct all inquiries to the Springfield Building Safety
