Nice job. Two questions: Does the Council or this Department have a policy that allows the sanitary sewer connection to
occur before the Council has conducted the hearing? If so, we should put that in the AIS to the effect of: "consistent with
Council policy xyz,the applicants have already connected to city sewer."Are you recommending annexing the r.o.w to
match up with the city limits on the north side of Hayden Bridge? There's nothing in the AIS to explain why you're
recommending this action. Thanks,
