Performed continuous inspection during the installation of eight (8) embed plates with
four (4) 3/4" x 4" galvanized all thread anchors welded to each plate into roof for top
collector connection. Prior to installation, the predrilled holes were cleaned with a
brush and compressed air. Verified minimum embedment depth of 4". Anchors were
secured with Hilt Hit RE 500SD (ICC—ES ESR 2322/expiration date 10/2014).
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
04/2012 and applicable workmanship provision's of the I.B.C., except if noted above.
