The Applicant proposes to subdivide the parcel into
32 single family lots for detached homes, utilizing the
LDR standards, setbacks, and height requirements.
Tract A will function as open space for
stormwater/wetland mitigation and to preserve a
portion of the trees on the site.
This project is within the LDR zone of the City of
Springfield, a Low Density Single family Residential
zone.
Site Area - 5.44 acres (236,903 sq ft).
Total Number of Lots = 32
Minimum Lot Size = 4,366 sq ft
Maximum Lot Size = 8,369 sq ft
