On print A1.0 of bulletin# 1 is 17' 1"from wall face to wall face. Please clarify the exact dimension of this fixture so that the manufacturer can provide this fixture with the proper length. Response: Please find the below response from Jeff Salvagin @ TBA:

Both dimensions mentioned below are correct. From wall face to wall face is 17'-1". The 15'-10" indicated for the fixture length on the electrical drawings is excluding the 90 degree corners specified with the fixture. The fixture run length with (2) 90 degree corners comes to 17'-1"total. Please let us know if you require a sketch.

Thank You,
Jeff S. Attachments There are no attachments for this section. Comments on KO custom fab drawing E3 call for a TOS of 18'-11 1/4" and the cloud would appear to capture the TOS of the 1-155 4x4x5/16 as well as the 5x7x5/16. Detail 3 on S3.1 addendum 1 shows the 5x7 beam • below TOS of the 4x4 beam. Please confirm TOS for both the 4x4 and 5x7 beams in this area. Section D-D shows a 1/4"fillet weld where the plates intersect. This weld will not be possible as shown. Steel fabricator proposes continuing slotted steel tube to top of column, bench weld the knife plates together then insert assembly into tube. Please see attached detail and confirm that this is an acceptable solution. Please confirm that the use of pea gravel as back fill and cold • joint at perimeter footings is acceptable. Response: Please find a response below from the Structural Engineer:

A cold joint is acceptable but the depth of the cold joint must be coordinated with the required concrete depth for the holddown anchors at the shearwalls and the anchor rods at the columns. The required depth for the anchor rods shall be provided by one pour. Therefore there cannot be a cold joint thru the anchor rods where the required depth is made up by the 2 pours. This will also need to be coordinated with the slab reinforcement with regards to the slab dowels to ensure that the slab dowels are tying the 2 pours together. The surface of the first pour shall be left as a roughen surface prior to the 2nd pour. Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Patty Fellenstein -TBA • Attachments There are no attachments for this section.
