I told him at this point its a planning issue . He is saying if he does not get the statements soon he will go to the Mayor and the News Paper. Dan's wife or ex?lives in a unit that appears to have been established by boarding off a hallway from the main unit. Dan does not live there. His address is 1719 17th St#31 pH number is 541 606 2363. From what I can see Electrical hazards are not present but that does not mean there is something that I Did not see.All occupants do not have access to there overcurrent protection which is a national Electrical code requirement.There is a Electrical panel in the Teresa's carved off unit that controls circuits in the main unit. These calls from Dan started during the recent cold snap when the plumbing was froze up in the units in question . I talked with the Landlord just before Christmas. He said he had someone working on the water issue and he was going to be unavailable for the next 10 days. I mentioned to the landlord and to Dan that this issue was being looked at in planning due to a possible illegal unit or units. • 4920 Miscellaneous Electrical 01/03/2014 Information Only Guy Dixon Comments: Calls from Dan and Kristen from unit A telling me that the water heater lost a bunch of water and circuit breakers tripped. I contacted the owner and told him That the problems seem to be escalating and that he needed to get an Electrical contractor on board. He wanted to argue about having a Friend fix the Problems verses a Electrical contractor. I told him I was going to have the power shut off. I called Sub had them meet me at the site.As Sub was getting ready to disconnect Scott the land lord called and said Builders electric would be there at Noon .Power was left on and Builders electric was addressing the issues at my last check in the afternoon .
