Pacific Excavation was on site 11/9/13 placing concrete. Kiwi Fab was onsite placing the steel platform. Footing
rebar was inplace per the contract documents. See Carlson's special inspection reports for compaction and epoxy
embeds. Special Inspection isn't required on Concrete.
