Inspection of: Reinforced Concrete Weather: Overcast Continuous Inspection: ❑

Performed final inspection on the reinforcing steel for four (4) columns inside building
and two (2) wall infills on west side. A preliminary inspection was performed on 11-07-
13 (ref: FEI report E35410).
Observed the placement of 5.5 yards of Knife River 4000 psi concrete (mix 45K170L0).
Concrete was placed by pump and was mechanically consolidated. Cast one (1) set of
four (4) 4" x 8" compressive strength cylinders. Notified Michael Stickling (EWEB) of
the on-site test results. Slump — 4"; concrete temperature — 72F; air temperature —
50F; air content—4.4%.
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
04/2012 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted above.
