Inspection of: Epoxy Dowels Weather: Overcast Continuous Inspection: ❑

Performed continuous inspection during the installation of eighteen (18) #5 x 3' dowels
into wall for door infill on the west side: Prior to installation, the predrilled holes were
. cleaned with a brush and compressed air. Verified minimum embedment depth of 5".
Dowels were secured with Hilti Hit RE 500SD (ICC — ES ESR 2322/ expiration date
08/2014).
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
04/2012 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.8:C., except if noted above.
