These buildings are accessory to the primary use and do not increase the amount of occupants on the site. Zoning compliance as per the email shown below from Liz Miller. Exceptions: n/a Site Info: • The site is generally flat. The proposed buildings were constructed on ground which was previously paved. As such, the roof area of the five buildings does not alter the quantity of impervious surface. Please see the attached 'Narrative for Olsson Industrial Electric Remodel Storm Water Drainage'provided by the owner. Additionally, the storm water scoping review is complete and filters are being installed at the catch basins and grade elevations are being shot, which will be submitted to this department as a differed submittal asap. Email from Liz Miller Thu 8/8/2013 2:42 PM: Hi Michael, Here is the Minimum Development Standards Major application. The zoning would be LMI(SDC 3.2-400), MDS standards and process are in section SDC5.15-100 and general development standards (such as parking, bike parking, screening, landscaping) are in section 4.4-100 to 4.8- 100. Since this project is an addition to the site you could probably combine some of the plan sheets listed on the application, such as existing and proposed conditions. Please let me know if you have questions or need to look at the previous file.
