Subject: Cummins Inv PLA--Comment#1 on PRELIMINARY Map
Tara,
Here are my comments for the Cummins Investment PLA preliminary map:
1. There are two easements(#8 	) on the title report that are not shown on the map. Please show easements
or have removed from title report. (FYI: According to Preliminary Title Report by Evergreen Land Title (Order
No. ELT-47128-A/B/C) that was handed in for the Thurston Place Subdivision back in 2007, the two easements
affected Tax Lots 703 and 101, respectively.)
2. Add bearing to the 12.39 foot line on the north side of Lot 1.
3. Correct the Curve Data per record values on the north side of the PLA.
4. Please show the title of"Thurston Place" subdivision on the map.
