Hello Damian,
Yes, a revised driveway will be needed. I'm concerned about the bus entering the site not having adequate room to get
into the site (and off S.42nd) when a vehicle is queued to exit the site and turn northward. I'm also concerned that you
may need to eliminate two parking spaces, as the path needs of the exiting bus on the turning template needs to move
both south and west to avoid interior curbs and other vehicle paths.You may able to get the exiting bus out safely by
just removing the parking space that is just west it's beginning position on the turning template.
As far as driveway types, I see the predicament. It appears that if you wish to keep the driveway close to the north
property line,that will necessitate removing one of the exit lanes.
In your modified turning template, please also show at least a one foot offset from the bus.

Good morning Jon,
We cannot go with the curb return driveway, as it would cross the neighbor's property line extension to the ROW. We can
go with a widened driveway that exceeds the City's maximum of 35 feet, if that would be approvable. The best solution is
two driveways, but I do not want to impact the site plan that much at this stage. What would be the best way for us to
respond for you? Given this is site review and not for construction, I suggest a simple condition of approval that requires
the driveway to be x feet wider to accommodate the desired parameters, and potentially deleting one parking space
(TBD). Do you want a revised driveway plan to be submitted? Just let us know.
