The site contains an existing dwelling that will be removed. On August 6,2010, the applicant submitted a time extension request. In accordance with SDC 5.12-140(4), a two year extension is allowed for tentative subdivisions. The applicant has indicated an interest in modifying the tentative plan,but needs additional time to determine the costs and benefits of that option. This subdivision received tentative approval on August 7, 2008. The new deadline for the plat pre-submittal meeting is August 7,2012. No other conditions are changed.
