Hi Steve,
Cris Tabor- Griffin here, some things never go away... I'm sorry.
I would like to try and build the first 2 of the 11 dwelings on the Land Division Tentative Plan for 2095 5th Street,
Sprngfield OR. Specifically I'd like to build one of the first of two duplexes in order to fund the loan needed. The
duplexes were sited at the front of the subdivision.
I am looking at my tentative partition approval for 2095 5th Street that I started several years ago now and I am wanting
to get clarifications on the process.
Since it has been several years since the tentative approval was granted I wanted to see if there were any changes to the
city requirements that would affect me receiving a final partition and plat.
As I understand the code I need to install the road and utilities prior to receiving the final plat and partition, is there any
other way to accomplish this?
Are there alternatives to the grassy swale reqiurement? Are there any new code pertaining to the cluster subdivision?
Is it possible to install the infrastructure for lots 1-4 to get the development started without completeing the whole
common area, bio swale, road and sidewalks? If this is possible would I be able to receive the partion and plat for lots 1-
4?
Are there any changes to the SDC's that would pertain to this project?
