Estimated SDC:
The information in the development issues packet indicates that the applicant wishes to construct two multiple-family
residential buildings,with building one having 11 units and building two having four units,for a total of 15 multi-family
dwelling units. Pursuant to Willamalane's current SDC policy, each new multi-family dwelling unit would be subject to a
system development charge (SDC) of$2,800 for park and recreation improvements.
SDC's would be collected at the time of building permit issuance, and will be based on the SDC policy in effect at that
time. Please refer the applicant to Willamalane's SDC fact sheet or to me, for further information.
