Here is the quick answer:
I will issue the decision on April 21 unless I receive a request to extend the 120-day deadline. The timeline can be
extended to Sept 6, but no later.

Here are the details:
This Thursday,April 21 will be 65 days from submittal of the site plan application (February 15). I need to issue the
decision by that date to allow adequate time to process any appeal. There were no written comments, so I don't expect
any appeals, but I have to accommodate that possibility.
ORS 227.178,has the details on the 120-day timeline and extension. The maximum length of time is 245 days (Oct 18).
At the latest, I will need to issue the decision 6 weeks prior to Oct 18 to allow time to process any appeal.
Submittal: Feb 15
65 days: April 21
245 days: Oct 18
I will need to issue the decision on September 6 to allow time to process any appeal before Oct 18.

Thank you for your efforts on this project.
On behalf of OBO Enterprises, LLC, I request a timeline extension to the pending Site Plan Review application (TYP211-
00003) to submit the Final Site Plan Review documents no later than August 30, 2011 due to the pending ODOT decision
on the applicant's Approach Permit. •
Hopefully, by submitting no later than August 30, 2011, you will have time to review the Final Site Plan documents for
completeness prior to issuing the decision by September 6, 2011. If you require additional time please let me know so
that we aim to submit the final documents sooner.
Please let me know if you would like more information and/or a more formal letter with this request.
