Re: DEVELOPMENT ISSUES MEETING #PRE13-00026 ONELIFE MANAGEMENT

Dear Andy,
Listed below are our comments for the referenced development proposal:
1. The proposed development is currently within the service territory of the Rainbow
Water District (RWD). RWD recognizes that the Springfield Utility Board (SUB) will
become the service provider on the first day of July following annexation to the city.
2. Should the timing of annexation require that RWD take responsibility for construction of
a waterline extension and service installation, RWD will coordinate with SUB and
complete the installation consistent with SUB's requirements to meet master planned
capacity and location for water system development.
3. RWD supports the general conditions listed by SUB in a letter prepared by Bart McKee
and dated October 2, 2013. For detailed information on cost and schedule, the
developer may contact Rainbow Water District by email via jamie@rwdoniine.net or
telephone at 541-746-1676.
4. Water service facilities constructed by RWD will be installed upon collection of
development charges to RWD, based on charges in effect when service is requested.
