Please refund the Security Deposit in the amount of$907.50 to Nathan M. Anderson DMD LLC. Dr.
Anderson placed this deposit with the City in accordance with Springfield Development Code 5.17-150
for deferral of landscaping requirements in association with Site Plan Review TYP212-00004 on
December 12, 2012. A Site Visit was performed on May 2, 2013 and the deferred landscaping has
been installed.
