Liz-
Here are the comments I have for this application:
• The outer wall of the unit as shown appears to be located along the edge or into the edge of the existing
easement.
• No portion of the accessory dwelling unit shall be allowed within the existing easement,this includes any roof
overhangs. This will require the unit to be shifted to the west to accommodate the overhang.
• There is an existing 8" sanitary sewer line within the existing 10 foot easement.
• There will be SDC fees associated with the building permit, when it comes in.
• We ran a quick estimate, and with the discount that expires at the end of the year, SDC's are about$4,600 and
about$7,700 without the discount. It may be good to inform them of these fees, as they are substantial.
