Subject: RE: 1886 L street
Hi Liz, I made a visit to this site also on 1/31/2013. There were no plumbing connections present to the RV in question.
Joyce (applicant) said, Mr. Howard lives in the RV and uses the house bathroom as needed. .
Thanks, '

Liz I stopped at this address and determined that the electrical service to the dwelling does have the capacity needed to
provide the Minimum 1-120 volt 20 amp receptacle required for a motor home per 2011 NEC:551.71 .However the
Exterior electrical outlet that is being used now will need to be GFCI Protected and be installed in a weather proof
enclosure .A one circuit electrical permit will need to be purchased by the owner If he or she chooses to do the install .
Or Hire a Electrical contractor who would purchase their own permit .The outlet can be installed immediately next to
the existing electrical panel .The Electrical permit is $64.35 . I think parts should be around $40.00
Thank you
