Please correct the street width of S. 38th Street. The east half is correct with 25 feet, but I believe the west half should be 30 feet instead of 25 feet. (See check with attached deeds, and feel free to call if you have questions.) 2. Declaration of Property line Adjustment Bargain and Sale Deed: a. Second page,first notary: Change the 2012 to 2013 for the Corneils. b. Provide contents these properties' Exhibit A, B, C& D. I will check the final plat and give further comments at that point if necessary. As I mentioned earlier, I did notice that the detail looks good, besides the distance shown for the north edge of the shed to the old boundary line can't logically be 12.84 feet.
